Dear Mama,

If you’re reading this, chances are you’re in the thick of it balancing the demands of a legal system that often doesn’t see the full truth, while trying to protect and nurture your children in the aftermath of abuse. We see you.

You’re not just fighting a custody battle, you’re surviving a system that wasn’t built to protect you, or your children.

You’re navigating a court process that often silences truth, empowers manipulation, and leaves women like you stretched thin emotionally, spiritually and financially. Maybe you’re self-representing. Maybe you're scraping by with minimal support. Maybe you're doing it all while healing from the trauma of a partner who continues to harm from a distance through lies, false allegations and systemic loopholes.

& through it all…..you still show up for your children. You still pack the lunches, wipe the tears, attend the school meetings, hold them at night and carry the weight of their safety.

The family courts worldwide may strip you of time, energy and sometimes your voice but it cannot take your inner knowing. It cannot touch your truth, your love, or your divine authority as the mother of your children.

In a world where systems are designed to disempower, your awakening is a revolution.

The more you reclaim your sovereignty in your mind, your heart, your energy the more you model to your children what real strength, wholeness and love looks like. They may not understand it all now but in time, the healthy parent always shines through.

So, how do you hold all of this and still stay present with your kids?

You come back to centre again and again.
You cry when you need to.
You rest when you can.
You lean on other women like us that are walking the same path.
You stop trying to prove your worth to systems that are blind to your soul.
You fight smart, not just hard and you start choosing yourself.

There is power in knowing the game and in choosing not to lose yourself while playing it.

You are the safe parent.
You are the one your children look to for truth.
& even if the world doesn’t yet acknowledge your strength we absolutely do.
